My least favorite hike at the park. The trail passes through exposed areas with not much to look at. Interesting history but nothing to see. Might be useful for spotting wild horses at dawn or dusk.
This hike was longer than the signage suggested, but also a bit easier than we originally thought. The park's website mentions a 100-foot scramble which is true, but it's not as daunting as we thought. Along the trail are interesting dwelling structures before you reach the petroglyph wall. Right after the petroglyphs is the scramble. The hike back from the scramble is easy with views along the way.
Yet another really great trail at the park that provides some of the best views of the cliff dwellings. We hiked this down to hike the Petroglyph Point Loop Trail.
Easy hike that leads to great views of the Balcony House dwellings. Views of Soda Canyon were nice too. We hiked this close to sunset which meant we had the entire trail to ourselves.
