Really cool hike. Views of the waterfall were a bit tough especially from closer toward the cascade. The best views seemed to be from downstream. Trail was also very slippery

Almost freezing temps along the trail in the very early morning in early June - car said about 37 degrees. The wind was whipping down the canyon which made for a really cold hike along the river. We turned around and enjoyed the massive waterfall spilling down the dam before heading out. Short but beautiful hike.
