Summer is probably the worst time to go! The first ½ mile there's LOTS of downed trees and thick cover which doesn't help in finding the path. Once we got up top trail was awesome and views were great.

Trail to stony peak was freshly cut which was greatly appreciated!! Amazing sunset and a few hours of pristine stargazing!
