Surrounding the short trail is a fenced-off cliff area with panoramic north and west-facing views of the Susquehanna River. This short roadside stop is well-worth your time, especially if you're exploring more views along the river like Chickies Rock Overlook, located to the north.

From Breezyview Overlook, visitors will find beautiful river views and can even spot Chickies Rock Overlook to the east of the river, if you look hard enough. The adventure at Breezyview Overlook ends back at the main parking area for a very short and easy 0.1-mile walk.

Breezyview Overlook is located on the west side of Chickies Hill Road just north of Columbia, PA. The parking lot is large enough to fit a dozen vehicles as of January 2026 and can be found at the coordinates provided: 40.042422, -76.516037.

Note that Breezyview Overlook is universally-accessible and provides a smooth, paved trail that leads to a gazebo. The landscape around the gazebo is also perfectly flat, but provides no accessible trail through the grassy areas. Views can be found at the gazebo or at the fence near the cliff's edge.
