Or, venture on a very short 0.1 mile walk to the Seven Step Dam Falls Trail, to find views of the waterfall and fishing spots. For history buffs, the Hinnershitz Dam Ruins Trail leads to the remains of a historical dam, though be aware that the trail and parking area are currently damaged and unmaintained as of April 2025. Despite the challenges, the impressive stonework and historical information are still visible.
