Hollow Run Trail

The Hollow Run Trail at Schenley Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsyvlania is an easy 1.1 mile one-way trail that brings you point-to-point from the west end to the east end of the park while following Panther Hollow Run.

The trail runs through the lowest point of Panther Hollow where you hike along Panther Hollow Run. Panther Hollow Run has some small stone bridges that you'll hike over and eventually leads to Panther Hollow Lake.

When hiking closer to Barlett st, parts of the trail become skinnier and harder to hike on, so watch your footing.

This trail connects to the Lower Panther Hollow Trail, Upper Panther Hollow Trail, and the Steve Faloon Trail.

Waterfalls: There are some very small waterfalls within Panther Hollow Run during the rainy seasons.

Parking: Parking can be found along Schenley Drive near the Phipps Conservatory. Hike down the steps next to the visitors center to reach this trail.

Dogs and biking are both allowed on this trail.
