Perry Lane is a small park located on Mill St in Agawam, Massachusetts. There are several trails leading around the park offering a nice walk by the Threemile Brook. There is one bridge to cross the brook but other areas appear to be cross-able. There are no trail dots but the property is small so there should be no fear of getting lost.

There park also includes a pool, basketball court, a preschool and two playgrounds. Dogs and biking are both allowed.
