Zoo Trail
The Zoo Trail at Highland Park in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is a moderate 1 mile out-and-back trail that leads from the pool area over to the corner of Butler Street and One Wild Place and back. This trail can also be hiked as a 0.5-mile one-way trail and can be considered easy if heading downhill from the park down to Butler Street, but hikers exploring trails at Highland Park will find this trail does not connect to any other trails to form a loop at the far terminus.
The trail is labeled moderate, but it's probably easy for the regular hiker. The trail is fairly well maintained and moderately trafficked since people tend to use this trail as a shortcut through the park.
