A well graded hike to the rocky summit of Marion Mountain, featuring some of the best views in this part of the Mount Jefferson Wilderness. To the north, Mount Jefferson dominates the view, with views of Mount Hood and Battle Ax mountain as well.
To the south, look up to the craggy and convoluted summit of Three Fingered Jack.
Use the Pine Ridge Trail and the Marion Mountain Trail to reach the top. There is at least one creek along the way.
