The Whiting Street Reservoir Trail is a 2.6 mile loop hike located within the Mount Tom State Reservation in Holyoke, Massachusetts. This trail is a portion of a cut-thru trail around the Mountain Park parking lot and connects to the gravel trail around the reservoir. The reservoir is nestled into the side of Mount Tom and provides views of the summit at the end the lake. A portion of the trail follows along side the cliffs that divide the reservoir and the summit access road. This is a highly trafficked trail but worth it the views.
