The Saylor Park Loop Trail at Saylor Park in Black Lick, Pennsylvania is an easy 0.5 mile loop that encompasses the park. Unfortunately the trail does not get close to Blacklick Creek, but if you're determined to fish, you can likely access the creek from this trail.
Dogs are allowed on this trail, but must be leashed at all times.
