Red Oak Trail

The Red Oak Trail at Pleasant Valley Park in Murrysville, Pennsylvania is an easy 0.4 mile out-and-back trail that leads from the Chestnut Trail down to the creek on the eastern side of the park.

While this trail is short, it's likely the least trafficked trail at the park, so it makes for a quiet place to sit by the creek if you're looking to take a break. The hike back up is all uphill, but it's not steep.
