This part of the Woodland Trail at Mittineague Park in West Springfield, Massachusetts is an easy 1 mile loop hike that winds through the woods behind the back fields.

On the eastern half of this hike the trail runs down to the Westfield River. This recording is not the full loop and involves a steep cutoff trail. The trail is a year round family friendly trail and dogs are allowed on this trail.
