The Minister Creek Loop Trail at Allegheny National Forest, Pennsylvania is a 4.5 - 6 mile loop hike that runs along Minister Creek and heads up to a lookout point before heading back to the trailhead.
We hiked in via the Fishermans Trail (not included in GPS map) along the creek and setup camp about 2/3 of the way down the dead end east/west trail off of the north loop. The next morning we did the entire north loop.
This was a first trip for a beginner in our group of three and he really enjoyed himself. The lookout point is a must see! White diamond shaped blazes are kind of sparse. Plenty of camp sites and large fire rings where the North Country Trail meets this.
