The Harris Hill Overlook near Elmira, New York is an easy 0.1-mile out-and-back trail that runs adjacent to Harris Hill Rd and features a beautiful scenic view of the Big Flats, Elmira, and Corning, NY along with the mountains across the valley.

Next to this overlook is a park where sailplanes take off, which fly directly over this trail. The organization that runs these sailplane tours can be found here.

This is one of the most popular overlooks in the Elmira/Big Flats/Corning area and so often the parking lot is filled up on weekends.
