Along the trail, walkers will find ferry and cruise boats, boarder patrol boats in the Detroit River, and a lively atmosphere as this is a popular spot to hang out or take a walk. Across the Detroit River is the city of Windsor, Ontario, which provides another city landscape that sits on the banks of the river.
