This section of the Charles River Reservation Trail is an easy 7.3-mile out-and-back trail that runs adjacent to the Charles River. The trail itself is partially paved but you can ride the entire length with a road bike.
This trail is open year round but will have snow on it in the winter.
This trail is highly trafficked during the warmer months. Moderate to light traffic during the colder months.
Dogs are allowed if leashed and their waste must be carried out by the hiker.
Biking is permitted along this trail.
