The Cady Lane Trail within the Herman Covey Wildlife Management Area in Ware, MA, is an easy 0.6 mile loop hike that leads to some nice fishing spots along the Swift River.

This short trail leads from parking on River road over to the Swift River and back; however, it does appear to continue down the river for a ways, but I never ventured further.

You'll likely see a lot of kayakers, and canoers here on weekends.

As the Founder, main contributor, and doer-of-all-things for MyHikes, I share my trips with over-detailed write-ups for fun on a volunteer basis and I believe that public trail information should be available to everyone.
