Alum Creek Greenway Trail
The Alum Creek Greenway Trail is a 24.3 mile one-way trail that runs from Three Creeks Metro Park in Groveport, Ohio and ends just north of Heritage Park in Westerville, Ohio. The trail runs alongside Alum Creek and crosses a 300-foot bridge below the confluence of the Alum, Big Walnut and Blacklick creeks. The northern segment of the trail extends 8.3 miles from Westerville south to the soccer fields at Easton Way. The middle segment runs about 2.5 miles from Innis Park south to Brittany Hills. The southern segment is 10.7 miles long and reaches from Airport Drive, near Ohio Dominican University, south to Three Creeks Park, where it meets the Blacklick Creek Trail. There are also various small out-and-back spur trails that feed into the main trail. Dogs and biking are both allowed on this trail.
Note: While this trail is not only a part of Three Creeks Metro Park, it's included under that park here. Only about 4.5 miles of the trail lies within Three Creeks Metro Park's borders.
