Consider hiking the popular Slacker Ridge Trail for panoramic vistas from atop Slackers Hill, or connect to the SCA Trail for picturesque bay views. Remember that some trails, like Slacker Trail, feature steep initial ascents, so plan accordingly and wear appropriate footwear.

Discover diverse landscapes within the Marin Headlands, from wildflower meadows (especially vibrant in spring along the Julian Trail) to coastal bluffs leading towards iconic landmarks. Hikers can access the Coastal Trail and connect to a multitude of trails, including the Slacker, Julian, and SCA Trails. Note that the Julian Trail is known for being windy. Convenient access points and parking are available near Conzelman Road and McCullough Road, making it easy to begin your adventure. For access to the Golden Gate Bridge lookout point, follow the Coastal Trail to CA-101 and utilize the staircase leading under the bridge.
