This trail runs adjacent next to the Bench Trail in Frick Park. In order to follow this trail, start at the Bench Trail entrance right off of the Riverview Trail and take the first right at the first fork. This trail runs until it hits the Riverview Extension Trail about .4 - .5 miles in.
